Intermittent System Restart on Windows 7

Whenever I run into problems with my computers, I can usually find out the source of the problem, but recently I have been having a problem that I just can't figure out for the life of me.

Windows 7 Professional x64 is currently installed on this machine and it seems to be rebooting at random times. It will just flat out reboot with no error message popping up or anything. I'm not sure if it's a BSOD though. I don't get any messages about the system crashing after reboot. I've tried running tests on the memory, hard-drive and the CPU outside of Windows using a utility disk and all the tests seemed to pass. I've also tried running Knoppix Live from the disk drive and I had no problems with that.

Thinking that it was Windows that was acting up, I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. The installation completed without any problems. I had the newly fresh Windows running for about 2 hours. While I was copying the drivers, from my other computer, to a flash drive, the system decided to restart out of nowhere again. It restarted on a fresh installation of Windows.

I think that it might be possible that the hard drive could be acting up because the computer did not reboot at all while running Knoppix or any bootable disks from the optical drive, even though the tests passed.

Another thing, which I almost forgot to mention, was that the computer does not seem to restart at all when Windows is ran in safe-mode. This makes me wonder if the hard-drive is not really acting up. I've been using safe-mode to figure out the cause of the restarting, but had no luck. I am just stuck right now. Hopefully anyone out there can maybe give some advice or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the down vote. I tried to undo it. I was trying to figure out how to reply since I am currently using a mobile browser.

I have already checked the processor and the BIOS temperature reading seems to be normal so I am sure the processor is running cool enough. I've also ran a CPU benchmark to try to see if the CPU would overheat, but it seemed to handle the stress fine after a couple hours. I stopped the test after that assuming that the temperature reach a plateau. But yeah. I think the CPU's cooling isn't an issue.
