I need help figuring out why my Radeon 6950 will not work on my Intel PC but will on my AMD PC

I have tried a Gygabyte motherboard with a Core i3-4160 and MSI motherboard with Pentium g3240. The Radeon 6950 just will not work on those systems. But the gpu does work on my AMD Athlon II 630 with Asrock motherboard. My power supply is 600w Thermaltake.
Please help I don't want to have to buy another graphics card if possible.

The power supply is a Thermaltake 600w tested with all systems. The power supply is still going year and half. The graphics card is a XFX Radeon 6950.
