I have two machines, Windows Server 2008R2 and 2012R2. I am migrating from 2008R2 to a new 2012R2 machine. The 2012R2 machine has faster hardware and a proper raid set up with newer hard drives etc. It can only get about 60mB/s network transfer whereas the older 2008R2 machine can get at least 110mB/s. The old machine is a scrap build using software RAID in disk management.
Any ideas on what I can do to speed up the new server?
