When go into Disk Management it says that i have no acess rights to Disk management. I really need some help here...I am trying to download things from ITunes.

For disk management you need to be an administrator, it seems you are not.

Apple products do NOT show up in disk management (other than old HDD based ipods) normally and require itunes to be operational to even connect to the computer. If you want to transfer files you will need to use itunes to transfer anything.

A better option if you have a microsoft account on your computer is to just download the onedrive app and transfer files over wifi directly to onedrive. You can do a similar thing with google drive and dropbox.
