Solution
Your motherboard is equipped with Radeon HD4200 onboard graphics. So go to page linked below and scroll down to "manually select your driver". In Step 1, select "Integrated Motherboard Graphics". In Step 2 select "Radeon Integrated HD Series". In Step 3 select "Radeon HD 4200 series". In Step 4 select your OS. Then download the driver and install it. That should do it, if you need more help, let us know :)

Does it play minecraft? Looking at the system reqs for minecraft, that old integrated HD 4200 should play it. It supports DX 10.1 and OpenGL 3.2. It's weak as heck for gaming but it should at least run. Minecraft reqs: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-system-requirements

If you are still having problems getting minecraft to load, I did forget to mention that you should uninstall your old graphics drivers (whatever your dead GPU was using). You may need to uninstall any Nvidia or AMD graphics drivers and then reinstall the driver you just downloaded. It's also possible that minecraft's system reqs are listed wrong (but they were updated as recently as December 5, 2015). Either way you should start looking at a new or used GPU since the integrated is going to be super-slow.
