The Radeon HD 6570 Graphics card is a fairly old and low-tier graphics card. I have a GTX 660 SC 3GB GPU and I still get a bit of lag while running Sonic Ether's Shader Pack. So the short answer is no, you probably will not be able to run the mod at a playable FPS.
