Parts
CPU: Intel i5 3570
RAM: 2x4GB Elpida 1600Mhz
Motherboard: Asus P8H61-I R2.0
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 970 SSC
Power Supply: Corsair CX600M
SSD (boot drive): Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
HDD: WD Blue 500GB
Case: Cooler Master Elite 130
OS: Windows 10 Home

Problem
Since building it a couple weeks ago, the computer will occasionally turn off (not via OS; power just stops being used). This almost always occurs within 10 minutes of closing a game (CS:GO, AC:S, etc), but also sometimes happens when it's not under load. It has never turned off while under load in a game. After the computer turns off, pressing the power button does not turn it back on. It will turn back on by itself after 10-15 minutes and boot into the BIOS (it says something like "Press F1 to run BIOS setup"); from the BIOS, I can boot into the OS. It can also be turned back on by unplugging the power supply, plugging it back in, and pressing the power button; this boots into the BIOS in the same way. When I shut down the computer through the OS intentionally, it can be turned on simply by pressing the power button; this boots directly into the OS. Once, the computer was turned off intentionally through the OS, and it turned itself back on and booted into the BIOS.

Steps Taken So Far
The CPU and RAM were used from another computer, in which they worked fine.
I was watching all the system temperatures when it turned off; both CPU and GPU were under 50C.
I swapped the power supply with an Inland 500W; same problem occurred.
I plugged the system into a different outlet in a different room; same problem occurred.
I ran the system with no graphics card; same problem occurred.
I replaced the SSD boot drive with a 1TB WD Blue drive with another instance of Windows 10 and booted from it instead; same problem occurred.
I replaced the HDD with the same 1TB WD Blue drive and booted from the 1TB drive; same problem occurred.
I attached the power header on the motherboard to the case's restart button (rather than the power button); same problem occurred.
I ran the RAM at 1333Mhz; same problem occurred.
I disabled Intel Turbo Boost; same problem occurred.
I replaced the CMOS battery; same problem occurred.

Thank you in advance for your replies; I've spent so long trying to figure out what's causing the issue.

Oh, that's right. I also flashed the latest BIOS from the ASUS website. Same problem. Thanks for your reply; I will probably end up RMAing it.
