My mobo has no wireless support for internet. I do not have the ability to wire internet to my PC. Is there a way to get wireless internet to my PC?
Like a PCI-express wifi card or something?

If so what is the best one for below 20 ping gaming, 50mbps download, 25 mbps upload?
What kind of set-up procedures are there for PCI-e wifi cards?

mobo - ASUS Maximus VIII Hero
second PCI-e (x8_2), (big grey one) slot being used for my GPU because my cpu air cooler is so big

The best wireless for gaming would be a directional bridge pointed at the access point and that is in then wired to the PC with an ethernet cable. Or even an omnidirectional bridge. Beyond that, a PCI card may be better, but may not. It really depends on the local setup.

PCI cards require that the computer case not be between the antennas and the access point, They also may suffer from the normally poor placement of computers (from a wireless perspective) on the floor, under a desk and next to a wall. With good placement, say on a desk with no part of the case to interfere, it should be very good.

If the signal is not good and better placement cannot be arranged, then a USB adapter should be used. The benefit is the...

Hey quick update. I'm typing this message up on my new rig! The USB WiFi adapter I used works great. It's the TP-Link TL-WN822N USB WiFi Adapter. I pay for 50mbps download, 25 mbps upload, and receive 55-60 mbps download, 30 mbps upload. Product is great, gaming with it is great because my ping is always below 15. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I'm in a similar boat and think I may go this route too. Not only is this thing dirt cheap, the cable appears to be replaceable so you could swap it out for a longer one. Does it have a slot on the back to wallmout it by any chance?

Sorry for the late reply. It doesn't have any mounts on the back, just rubber feet and the usual model/serial numbers and disposal instructions. The cable is the same as a PS3 controller charger, so you can even buy a really long PS3 controller charger for like $5-10 USD and put it up on a higher shelf or something and it would have a better signal
