Overclocking 8320 or invest in a new pc build?

I bought a prebuilt PC awhile ago (specs below) and it has definitely started lacking in power as time goes by and more demanding games are coming out. I plan on upgrading it soon but I'm lost as to what parts to keep, scrap, or upgrade. So far I've only added the SSD but I'd like to invest in a new PSU, case, a cpu cooler (most likely a 212 evo) and so on. From what I've researched the 8320 can run current games pretty well when overclocked (with an aftermarket CPU cooler and a better GPU of course), but I'm not sure if I can do that with my current motherboard, definitely not my current PSU, as it's a micro atx and all the forum posts I see don't recommend OCing on a motherboard like this. Just wondering what you guys think I should do, even if I should just invest in a new PC build?
CPU - Amd FX 8320@3.5 ghz (stock cooler)
Mobo - MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX) micro atx
RAM - 8gb (2 x 4gb)
GPU - Gtx 650
PSU - 450watt
Storage - 250gb SSD
1tb HDD

well my main question is if I should change the motherboard or go for an entirely new build as from what I hear, my current motherboard is horrible for overclocking and using new GPUs
