Pretty much any known PSU brand should be compatible with your build. I would go with the EVGA. They have a good reputation for quality. Don't buy a cheap PSU. It may save you money now, but it could take many other components down with it if it dies.

I can name other PSUs less expensive than your EVGA, but they are not as good. That's about as good as you are going to get. And like the other person said, don't go cheap on your power supply. It's the heartbeat of your computer and can screw up all your other components and cause crashes or even complete hardware destruction (including fire) if not of decent quality (read: good at sustaining power with no current ripples).

One more thing, which Manufacturer should i get for my GPU? the price ranges alot!

MSI - MSI Radeon R9 380 Gaming 4GB GDDR5 (PCI-E) - R9 380 GAMING 4G
253€

XFX - XFX R9 380X 4GB GDDR5 OC BE (R9-380X-4DB5)
279€

Armor - MSI Radeon R9 380 Armor OC 2GB GDDR5 (PCI-E) - R9 380 2GD5T OC
203€

Sapphire - Sapphire Radeon R9 380 Nitro Dual-X OC 4GB GDDR5
249€

I was thinking on getting the sapphire, ppl say it's the best of all these, and it's not the most expensive!

Sapphire makes some pretty good cards, but they are power hungry. Make sure the PSU you have can handle it. That's the problem with many Radeon cards--they require more juice to run than Nvidia. I would check the clock speeds on all of those cards and get the one with the highest clock speeds out of the box. Then you can increase them further by overclocking, again only if your PSU can support it.

This is what i got from the websites, should i go with armor? since it's ~50 less euros and it's a slight difference?

I'm an Nvidia guy, but have owned an XFX brand card before, a GeForce 8800GT. I'd get the XFX over the MSI just based on the massive price difference alone. I do not see the justification of the MSI card being that much more. And maybe this article on that XFX card will help boost your confidence:
