Is there any way to enable turbo mode full time?

Go into BIOS and disable turbo mode. Then set the CPU multiplier to 20. But keep in mind, that will run all 4 modules (8 cores) at 4GHz all the time, whereas in Turbo mode it only goes to 4GHz when less than 4 cores are busy. Turbo mode does not run when all cores are busy.
