I can't open pages to websites and if I do it is very slow. I have 50 up and 4 down with 15ms ping with a speed test. I have reset my pc and it still didn't fix it. When I try to connect to minecraft it says "SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out". My pc specs are an i54690k, 8gb ram, and a r9 390. I use Windows 10.

Ok I pinged google and got

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 72ms, Maximum = 75ms, Average = 73ms

Hmm, try with "-t" on behind Example : ping google.com -t. See it in 1 / 2 mins and check is there any "Request Times Out"

If there isn't, thats strange.

Is google the web that loads slow???

If yes, second option, when you open in web and type google.com and enter.
Check on the left bottom, is it opening google.com or is there any others web loaded. Cause if yes, it might be some trojan or else.

There were a few "Request Times Out"

no it's any website or download that is slow

and it's just google that is being loaded

I just reset my pc and downloaded chrome so my cache should be clean. My plugins are Widevine Content Decryption Module, Chrome PDF Viewer, and Adobe Flash Player.

Its strange, because when speedtest, 50mb download and 2mb upload.

It might be virus, but i cannot guarantee is it.
Since you already reset your comp cache also right.

Try use proxy? Hide.me or anything if you can open one.
Or check browser connection, are u using any proxy? In settings and connection tab, i forget.

I don't use any proxy but ill use hide.me. Something to note is that pages will load quickly, not load, or slowly randomly. As far as viruses go, I'm pretty sure that's not it since i've used malwarebytes, avast, and panda free antivirus with nothing showing up.

Update: when installing there was an error and it also happened when installing minecraft

hide.me did nothing to my speed

I think i found the solution, it had to be an error or corruption in the killer network msi gives you since i deinstalled it and reset my computer and it started working perfectly after reinstalling it. Note I did a full reset including the one where you wipe the drives with new data so you can't recover old data.
