I built my PC a few days ago, here are the specs.
CPU : AMD Athlon X4 860K
GPU : XFX R7 250X (2gb DDR3)
PSU : Corsair CX500
Mobo : ASRock FM2A88M
OS : Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit
So, I used MSI Afterburner to OC my graphics card to 1150MHz core clock and somewhere from 900-1000MHz memory clock. I rebooted, and after I got into Windows, it started artifacting with weird colors and trianglesse, then it would shut down. I can't fix it in MSI Afterburner, because it crashes before I can do anything. I can't find any threads about overclocking video memory clock in BIOS. Please help!
