restart and try the install again. if it still acts that way just go to the gigabyte website and download the drivers for your motherboard

This page doesn't mention Realtek, only mentions VIA. Are you sure you have a realtek audio chip?

Chipset & LAN drivers first. Maybe also USB-drivers. I would hold off on any 3rd party drivers like some mobos have for Sata/USB3. If you are going to use onboard audio, then yeah install but otherwise no.

Like these guys have been saying, if you can connect to the internet, download the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website. The drivers will usually be much more recent than the ones on the driver disc, and you don't have to install all the bloatware that the manufacturer includes with the disk.
