Always Blue screen

My computer always has blue screen or reboot while I am playing game or sometime just watching movie. I don't know why, I have try to but a new memory, new motherboard, new CPU, and I install WIN7 again, but the blue screen always occurs, can someone give me some suggests? Should I need to try to buy a new power supply or HDD to test it again??

My cpu is i7-4770K, motherboard is Z87-PLUS, memory is OCZ DDR3 1333MHz, video card is GTX660Ti, and power supply is 900W.

1) Update the drivers, like audio, LAN, chipset.
Audio from realtek http://www.realtek.com.tw/
Chipset, LAN from intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
2) Then test the memory by MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm
3) Go into the BIOS to check the voltages, like +12v, 3.3v, and 5v to make the PSU is fine or not. PSU voltage tolerances http://pcsupport.about.com/od/insidethepc/a/power-supply-voltage-tolerance.htm
4) Using the onboard iGPU only to watch movies to see you got BSOD or not, or test the 660ti in other PC. Then you know the problem is from 660ti or not.
5) Check the HDD S.M.A.R.T. by software like CrystalDiskInfo http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html or other similar one.
