86% memory usage Idling - 16gb ram

New rig just built last week. Just noticed today that 13.3gb of my ram is being used while idling and I cannot for the life of me find out what is using it. Nothing should even be anywhere close to using that much. Any help would be appreciated. I'll provide screenshots of task manager below.

(P.S. Running a virus scan at the moment of those screenshots)

Something like this is happening to me but not as badly, i have 8GB ram and after like 3-4 hours, my ram usage will go up by about 20% just by idling
I really hope i find an answer because i have no malware as i scanned for it already and it makes my PC slower the higher it goes. And exactly like you, my ram usage goes up but none of the programs in task manager are using close to a lot of ram.

Looking at your screenshots its obviously Nvidea Experience thats using the memory. This isn't a required program to run your card so if you don't actually use it just remove it.
