Enabling Vsync causes massive stutter and choppiness, disabling vsync and the screen tearing from ridiculous FPS is even worse. Enabling vsync w/o 3x buffering in Crimson suite is more doable than the vysnc in-game for choppiness...but...

I'd like to know how to get AMD Frame Rate Target Control to work on Wolfenstein. It resolved the choppiness from ridiculously high FPS in Just Cause 3 but has no effect on Wolfenstein.

I'm in exclusive fullscreen mode, no windowed nonsense, the game is DX11 and my drivers are fresh. This should work but it won't. Using FPS tools to see the frames but while it works on other DX11 games it has no effect on Wolfenstein, please help, thanks! I never thought a new decent GPU would have a downside!

i7 5820K @4GHz, ASRock Extreme4, CoolerMaster Seidon 240M, 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4@3GHz CL14, 8GB Sapphire Nitro Tri-X R9 390, 250GB Samsung 850 EVO, 2TB Seagate Barracuda 6Gb/s 7200RPM 64MB Buffer, EVGA SuperNOVA G2 1000W, Phantek Enthoo PRO

Solution
i've had trouble with Catalyst and Crimson with the frame rate control option. RadeonPro has seemed to work where these would not, limiting the frame rate to whatever I set also providing an on/off toggle option.
