Will my PSU run this GPU?

Don't really have the money for it atm.
Will have it in 1 week tho. Can I run the card for 1 week with this kind of PSU?

That graphics card requires a 6-pin pcie power cable. I seriously doubt your power supply has one. You could use the adapter that comes with the card but you need 2 available molex (peripheral) power connectors. If you don't have those either, then you need a new PSU, period. A new PSU 400-450 watts would not be a bad idea.
