What is the best Nvidia graphics card I could get for my PC with the current specs? Expenses are no issue.

"Expenses are no issue" The GTX 980ti would run fine with that system, overkill yes but would last quite awhile. I would consider upgrading your RAM to 16gb as you will notice a small performance boost. Like rwoody noted, you will want to make sure you have a quality and powerful enough PSU.

Go online and find the GPU with the highest clock, amount of ram, and price tag. Nvidia Quadro Series comes to mind.

If you want more value, then one or more GTX980ti cards would be sufficient.

You would want to make sure you have a high quality power supply that can handle the GPU(s).
