No post MSI Z170 GAMING M5 need help please

Hi guys
I bought msi z170 gaming m5 motherboard for my new build few weeks ago and im not getting anything on my monitor

Debug error code - 99 (but if i press and hold delete key on keyboard then the code changes to Ab)

And yes i checked power supply, cpu , and ram on friends system and its good working

So i sent the motherboard for RMA and received it after 18 days and still exact same problem

When i asked them what did they fixed they told me that it was CMOS problem which they fixed. ....

but im still having exact same problem

please someone help me.

Edit:- CPU i5 6600k and RAM corsair 8gb lpx ddr4

Hi, If starting the board with only CPU and CPU cooler imstalled, what code getting?

With just cpu and fan installed.

Does cpu cooler matters? Im using h100i and tried upper 2 headers.

Usually, it's 55 with no RAMs. Not sure why E0, that's why I asked about the fan.
Now try installing single RAM module. Test each slot and see if 99 in all cases.

Tried all 4 slots and same error 99

But it changes to Ab if i press and hold delete key then turn on mobo and keep holding it untill it passes 99 then stuck on Ab but still no signal on monitor tried 2 other monitors but no luck

No other ideas. I'd return the board, or test different CPU cooler.

Rosewill Quark 850W 80+ platinum
DBPOWER Keyboard
UsmartTech Venus MMO mouse.
Gateway Monitor.

I am getting those codes and i am not getting any signal to the monitor i have dvi from mobo going to the dvi on monitor.

How have you connected the CPU cooler to the board (pump and fans)?

Yes the fan spin on the radiator the light on the pump comes on and when I place my hands on the tubing you can feel that the water is being pumped.

I have the fans in the provided splitter and from there into the CPUFAN1 pins.

Check http://www.corsair.com/~/media/corsair/download-files/manuals/cooling/h115i_qsg.pdf and make sure that you've properly connected it (3 to 4 pin).

it will only go on one way ant there is only one wire which would connect on the 3rd pin. There are two little notches on the cable header that go on either side of a plastic notch under the pins on the mobo just like in the picture in the manual.

BTW i have tried putting this on both cpufan headers and on all the system fan headers to see if there was a difference and there wasn't.
