My sister currently has this extremely stupid practice of downloading on a laptop, youtube videos on an iPad and possibly even something else on an iPod.
Ever since last night and the internet was fixed (somehow) thanks to netgear support, today it's turned to shit since the family, mainly the sister, connected all their garbage to it and i've been getting 600+ ping constantly on anything, including speed tests.
Note: my suburb is notorious for bad internet.
Is there any way to limit her crap to the point of near stalling without actually completely cutting her off, just slow it right down.
