Hi all, I cannot play Assassins creed black flag because since purchase I have repeatedly received the same error message: ' ac4bfsp.exe has stopped working '. I have uninstalled the game and re-downloaded, this has served no different than the first situation. I have also spent many hours searching for solutions but it appears Ubisoft have not attempted to solve this problem. This error message occurs around 4 to 5 seconds after launch, before I am navigated to even the main menu. I have also tried verifying the integrity of the game cache through steam, uninstalled u-play and even disabled u-plays synchronizing game data. None of which have helped me. I have further waited (in vain) for Ubisoft to attempt to fix this problem, but it appears they have not made any efforts to do so within the past 6 or so months from when I purchased it. I bought the game through and steam and attempted to contact them asking for assistance and again for a refund, both times I was ignored. I know I am not the only person with this ,problem and I would greatly appreciate any help or solutions if anyone can provide such a thing.
