I am looking for a gaming rig that will allow me to run my games
at ultra high settings. *Fallout4, Just Cause3, GTA5, BioShock Infinite,
Battlefield4, Witcher3 etc...

I need a Blu-ray burner *burn Blu-ray, DVD and cd's, WiFi 2.4 and 5.0 (I own
a dual band router 2.4 and 5.0). Mem Card Reader, Primary Drive: SSD 256GB
and up, Secondary Drive: 4TB and up, Bluetooth, Windows 10 OS, 16GB Ram,
(Preference: AMD R9 390X PCIE GDDR5 8GB Memory Graphics Video Card:

since GTX 980 TI can't render in 4k 10bit... I will look forward to all of
your answers. Power Supply: How many watts?

I'm trying to possibly get something built from Cyberpower or Ibuypower ...
If others you recommend please let me know. Also please see if you could
find me a laptop with my set budget that will do the same thing but if it
passes my budget then forget it.

I Hope I was thorough enough.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro *video editing (render in 4k 10bit) and Photoshop
*image editing.

I bought a pair of virtual 100" screen glasses 3 modes * 2D, 2D - 3D, Side
By Side*

They are both HDMI, but the problem is that they are not compatible with the
HDMI splitter.
I need something that will allow me to use both of them at the same time not
individually. Yes, if I use them individually it will work flawlessly. I
have a set BUDGET of 2 grand. Please let me know what you come up with.

Dayum... 10-bit? Alright, let's see...
And also, you'll need to save up more for a better video card if you want ultra high settings. The Quadro K620 would only do those settings once you tune down the resolution.

As for gaming with a Quadro, $889 would get you the professional dialect of GTX 970... And it has 8GB VRAM. That will solve any shortcomings with VRAM the GTX 970 has for higher resolution gaming.

I would suggest the following:

x99 Deluxe Motherboard
32GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4 Ram
Intel 5930k 40 PCI lanes for M.2, Blackmagic card or SLI if you decide to.
GTX 980ti for Editing Monitor + Cuda + Gaming in 4k
Blackmagic 4k card for 10bit output reference monitor
1000w power supply incase you ever decide to SLI.

You will not be able to get a video card that can play Games in ultra 4k and 10bit in your price range. Hence the Blackmagic card. if you don't need 4k reference and 1080p is ok get a Blackmagic decklink mini hdmi for $150

I would not go with a Pro video card if you plan to game.. unless you can spend $4000 on the video card alone...
