watercooling asus z170-a mosfet, worth it?

Hey Guys!
I have a asus z170-a and I'd like to watercooling it with a full block but I can't find one, any tips?!

get a standard air/liquid cooler or get a different mobo.

full cover blocks should only be used for the specific mobos they were designed for - universal cover FULL blocks - never heard of them and can only imagine very poor performance and possibly low quality (think leaks).

Thx! I'm a noob what is maximus line? high end asus motherboards? like the x99?!

so I can't buy a full block becuase don't exists, right? universal blocks, can I use them? is it safe?
