does anybody know what this is and how to get rid of it?
sorry im unsure how to add pictures but it reads;
RegSvr32
The module
"C:\ProgramData\HolefElegm\PikafKesku.bpb" failed to load.
Makre sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files.
The specified module could not be found.

Solution
Your computer requires RegSvr32 for many basic installation tasks and should not be removed. You are telling me the missing files are in fact missing, and that is the source of the problem. Some startup script, process or task is looking for those files with a command line that runs RegSvr32. If you are not confident of crawling through your system registry yourself and locating this part of the registry, I would just ignore the error unless it is making the computer unusable.

As I said you either are experiencing drive corruption, in which case you should back everything important to external storage, and begin checking the drive. Or you have malicious or benign software manipulating your files.

After you have backed up your files...

RegSvr32 is a Windows program used for registering DLLs, OCX files and the like. Essentially allows windows to know where to look for certain things.

The better question is what is HolefElegm\PikafKesku.bpb and why is it missing. A quick search indicates this is related to PowerDesigner by Sybase/SAP which indicates that these are some type of personal/financial related software files.

After you have backed up your files, you might launch the tool regedit and search for the string "C:\ProgramData\HolefElegm\PikafKesku.bpb" and delete any lines related to that. Still somewhat risky as I have no idea what those files are for and may just produce more errors.
