Buying a GPU with fans or a turbo?

I'm going to be buying a GTX 970, and I'm just wondering how loud is the turbo fan? Will it be disturbing with headphones on? Will it be too loud for people in the next room? I just want people's opinion on whether it's loud compared to normal fans.

Its a decent card ,& I know its generally a fair bit cheaper than twin fan models.
Noisier than a twin fan ? Yes
Obtrusively so ? No not really.
Its certainly not going to bother anyone in another room or you with headphones on mate.

Its a good solution for the smaller case or one with fairlyvstunted airflow as it dumps 90% of its heat out of the back of the case.

Thanks :), Airflow is a bit of a pain and its a bit cheaper, as long as it's not annoyingly loud, I'm fine with it, I'm assuming that the performance wont be affected.
