What GPU should I upgrade to?

I think a 970 would be a great upgrade for you. If i'm not mistaken a 960 is 2GB Vram so with a 970 you get double and plus just a much better card in general. Even at 1080p newer games are going to start consuming more VRAM, not sure about new WoW expansions, but I think with the 970 you get wayyyy more bang for your buck. I'd go with that hands down, however it does come down to your budget. Could a 960 play WoW? Of course.

The make models of the 960 with 4GB, which is what I'm putting in my second PC. Regardless, I would still go with the 970 in this scenario due to higher texture fill rates and a wider memory bus. It will provide far better results for the money.

What are the full system specs? Please include power supply details, a GTX970 will require a decent quality 550 Watt unit with at least two 6 pin PCI-E leads ( some will need 1x6 and 1x8 pin).
Bear in mind WOW is CPU heavy, with even very strong parts struggling to maintain good frame rates in large battles/raids.
