Whats wrong with my Computer

So let me tell you a story.A couple of days ago i installed a new power supply and graphics card in my computer, but as soon as i started the system i kept hearing this high pitched sound coming from my system and it would start booting but a couple of seconds later the system completely turns it self off.I checked all the wiring it was fine and i unistalled the components and windows booted up fine.I would like to know how to fix this problem and whats wrong.

my specs are
Cpu= Amd A-10 6700 3.7GHz
Gpu= Nvidia GTX 645 2gb (gave to a friend)
MotherBoard= Msi 2AE0
Ram= 8gb

im trying to install a r7 360 and the power supply is CiT ACTIVE 85 500w

i removed the graphics card and i went into the bios without being shutdown and when i started windows it was starting for a few seconds and then it shutdown
