Whats the best thermal paste as of NOW? The only other articles that i have found simply redirects you to 2 to 3 years ago, so whats the best thermal paste as of NOW.

MX-4 is my recommendation.
AS5 used to be to go to paste, however it is nothing special anymore and the added cure time (several hundred power cycles) makes it lackluster these days.
Go with the MX-4.

Thermal paste? What are you expecting? Some kind of break through compound that they couldn't have already figured out between 1960 and 2015? TheGleaner, You are overthinking this way to much. Any thermal paste you get will be within 1-2 degrees.

I use Artic Silver 5, but when I run out I've used cooler master's, phanteks, some no name brands... No difference.

So any of them will do :)
