Recommended GPU for that game is a GTX 260 1Gb, so the 750 Ti should be plenty! As for the Fx 4300, I think that should be fine also since it's quad core.

Since the parts I listed put you so far under budget, can I suggest getting the AMD-FX 6300 over the 4300, those extra two cores are sure to give you an overall performance boost.
