So I have an HP Pavilion 550-a114 Desktop, which has a AMD A8-6410 APU and a Radeon R5 240 Graphics card. This isn't really a desktop since it has a External PSU 65w AC Adapter. I wanted to upgrade the graphics card to a Radeon R7 graphics card, but I am unsure if the PSU can handle it.

YOu cant upgrade the video card.

That computer's motherboard does not have a PCI express 16 slot (or even a standard pci slot). There is not place to put a new video card. The integrated graphics you have (meaning its part of the processor not a separate video card) is the only thing you can have.

That computer is basically a budget laptop in a desktop case.
