Specs: AMD A10-5700, 8 GB of ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 960, 430W EVGA PSU. I can't tell what exactly is bottnecking it but I am almost 100% sure it's the CPU. On GTA V mostly normal settings I only get 30 FPS while driving and in the mid 40s when on foot. Also in CSGO I get 90 FPS on Highest settings. Usually my CPU usage is very high while playing games around 95-100% usage. Also when I was playing GTA V my GPU usage was around the 30's (I think, I can boot it up and record it again). I am thinking about upgrading my motherboard and CPU if the problem is my CPU so if you guys can help me choose a CPU, Motherboard and case that would be cool. Thanks!

yes its your CPU, you should get another CPU, or you can wait till next year, Cause AMD is Bringing a new line of CPUs, the Zen Line. :)
But maybe you can get a new power supply, i say you get 650w powersupply. :)

Well, funny thing is that I just upgraded my power supply and graphics card this year in a prebuilt system. I should have never bought prebuilt. I am probably just going to get a 6300. It's the best for my money at the moment and I believe I can run it with my current power supply. I have around $200 to spend so I might wait until next year but I honestly don't think its worth it if I will have to upgrade my powersupply with the rest of me system and I would also like to upgrade asap. Thanks for the suggestion though.
