I want to play light games like Team Fortress 2 and CS:GO, and I've been looking for a processor. After everything, I've looked for one that could work on a 220W psu, that's low-profile, and that's affordable. I found either the SAPPHIRE HD5450 or Asus 5450. I don't know which one to get, but first I need to know which, if either, will work better on a 220W psu.
