CPU: i7 5820k 3.3
Motherboard: Gigabyte x99-ud3p
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16gb 2800 (2133*)
PSU: XFX 850w Core Edition
GPU: Sapphire R9 290x Tri Edition

I'm having some issues with overclocking. If I leave all values at default in the bios, it will boot just fine. However, even if I bump the clock multiplier from 33 to 34 I get a failed to boot error message on the splash screen. I've even incremented the Vram up by .10 and re-iterated the boot sequence every single time, all the way up to 1.3.. still fails. It has never booted to windows with even a 100mhz overclock. I turned off Core Turbo and set the Base clock to 100mhz Manually. The only thing I've changed is the multiplier and the Vram to match what has worked before... I'm exhausted from changing values. I even cleared the Cmos and reset to default bios settings.

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

It is currently at 2133mhz which is what it is down clocked to, due to my cpu restriction. You want me to take it down even further? I'll try to run memtest here in a few as well. Corsair was all microcenter had at the time I went :C

I ran Memtest with 100+ passes and everything came back fine. When i get home from work today, i'm going to manually set the ram clock to 2133mhz and see if a mild OC to the CPU will work. My old MSi board overclocked with my AMD 6350 from 3.9 to 4.6 easily. I guess i'm just not used to the Gigabyte Bios. Nevertheless i'll see if I can OC with two empty Ram slots tonight too. Perhaps it doesn't like have all of the ram slots full with an OC.
