Can I only use my PWM fan controller from the BIOS?(Phanteks enthoo pro)

I have the Phanteks enthoo pro and all my case fans hooked up to it and I was wondering if I would some how be able to control the fans on the desk top. Also my PC makes the air around me really warm, is that bad? CPU and GPU temps are fine

Is the hub connected to the motherboard? If yes, what header?
What motherboard using?

It's connected to the CPU_OPT on the ASUS Maximus VIII Hero

No they are low and very quiet. My temps seem fine I just want to be able to know how to turn them up or down just in case.

You van try in BIOS, Monitor Menu, adjusting the CPU Fan Profile.

Well in the UEFI BIOS there is a CPU fan option then there is chasis fan and ext fan options but no CPU OPT..

CPU_Opt and CPU_Fan should respond to same settings, if I'm not wrong. Try changing the CPU_Fan settings and see if case fans' speed does change.

I think they do because everything gets noticeably louder but I don't know if that could just be my CPU fan speeding up.
