I recently bought an old PC just for testing and overclocking. It was on a sale for $50. So I guess it was worth a try.
It has an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 3Ghz cpu and 2 sticks of 2GB 1066Mhz Twinmos DDR3 RAM running in Dual Channel mode. The board is a Gigabyte GA-G41m-Combo rev2.0.
I already have a Gigabyte GV-N94TOC-1GI but I think thats very old.

Now back to the question: what is the best GPU I can get for this PC and which will work at 100%. I mean no Bottleneck or something....

And I have a 450watt PSU. Can be upgraded if needed.

Thanks in Advance.

I have a GTX 960 running with my Q9550 @ 3.4 GHz. I'm not too concerned about a little bottleneck in a few games. But that would be about the top end for your CPU. Unfortunately, you'll need a new high quality 500W or better PSU for that card. If you want to keep the same PSU you have now and it has a 6 pin connector, the GTX 950 would be a good choice.
