Best way to control fan speeds based on GPU temp?

In my watercooled rig I am using 6 fans for my radiators, all of them connected to a fan hub which in turn is connected to the CPU fan slot currently. However I realize that with my asus mobo there is no way for their software to create fan curves based on gpu temperature and that is a problem since I use gpu a lot and want quietness when idle.
I tried using speedfan instead but the settings I created had to impact on my radiator fans. It does however work on my chassis fan, so maybe speedfan just doesn't work with fanhubs? Regardless I am looking for a way to control all of my radiator fans based on gpu temperature, and preferably with use of the fan hub. I like the speedfan software a lot so if anyone has ever made it work with fanhubs please let me know!

Thanks

quick specs:
fans: EK Vardars (PWM)
fanhub: silverstone 1 to 8 pwm fanhub (also connects to sata)
mobo: asus x99 pro

Something like this could solve the issue:

Though if they are 4pin, this won't work.

If 4pin, then you could still use one of your temp sensors to GPU (board should have come with at least one) and use Qfan in the UEFI to map a chassis fan to react to that probe, and then plug the hub into that (instead of the CPU fan positions).

Your second suggestion worked for me, thanks a lot :)
