Hey there, Manaf_.
It's a bit confusing, but it sounds like your talking about bringing back the old OS you had (configuration and everything). If this is the case, then you can only do that if you've created a system image (of your previous system) from which to restore it completely.
On the other hand, if you are talking about specific files (like videos, photos, documents, etc.), I don't want to alarm you, but unfortunately when data is overwritten, it's hard to be recovered. However, that doesn't mean that it's impossible. Make sure not to write anything else on that drive. You could try out data recovery software - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1644496/lost-data-recovery.html or http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecovery/tp/free-file-recovery-programs.htm. I'd suggest that you download and install any of the programs you wish to try, on a different drive (even if it's an external HDD). If you have no luck with the data recovery programs, you can go for a far more reliable solution, such as a data recovery company.
