any new bios that is better than standard z77 pro 3

ASROCK Z77 PRO 3 motherboard. I upgraded my bios to v2.1(a) I have a problem when starting with stopping/starting when I boot up. It boots then stops reboots then I get an error saying too many reboots then it starts ok. I am running at 48x and I get 4.724. Cpuz says my is not running at 100 but 99.8 so I pushed it up to 100.3 but it still shows the same. Before the bios upgrade I was running 50 X 100.3 and it gave me 4.747mhz. Is there another make of bios I can use to get my overclock?
I have 16gb memory and 10 hard drives total 15TB storage. I have over clocked this board for 3 years.

You should just downgrade it back to the old one. When i build a PC, i leave the bios at default.
Then if i need some new feature that is only available with the new version, thats when i update.

Bios is the type of thing you dont really touch.
