From where are you getting these parts? Most are quite old...

Stuck with an i3, but a much newer one. You can upgrade the CPU at a later date if necessary. (Up to an i7 6700k)

GPU is much quicker, has more memory.

A very nicely priced power supply. A little big, but that might come in handy for future upgrades.

It's best not to build a new system with an almost 3 year old platform. Here is something put together, It's open to tweaking but its a start.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will do my personal research on the components mentioned by you guys and see what will be best for me! The reason being I put the "my mentioned components" is that I am from India. The economic inflation here is way too high and more than half of the components mentioned by you guys will have a market price way too high in my country I am sure of that. i3? Yes, I was thinking I should have picked another processor (or a higher series of the same) in place of that. Thanks again for the kind replies. I shall do my research now! :) More suggestions are welcome though. There is still a week left before I go to buy my pc.

You should not mention a specific currency that is not the one you will be using. Even a direct exchange rate is not very good. As you mention the prices differ greatly.

If there is a specific site from which you will purchase these items I have been known to take the time to crawl through and do a build there.

Not even sure much of the Skylake line-up has made it to India as of yet, prices are also high in the US for the higher end CPUs. But there should be plenty of 4th gen chips like the i3-4160 available. Though if you are buying into a previous generation, I highly suggest going for an i5-4460 (or i5-4430, i5-4440, i5-4570, i5-4590) Can't overclock the 4th Gen chips like the 6th gen ones, and availability might be greatly reduced if you ever wanted to get a faster chip.

Sorry about that. My budget is maximum of 60K INR (Updating main post infos rightway). Previous gen components are never viable as it is but then again like I said, availability wise I think I should do my research about what you people have suggested instead of just blindly going and buy weird components together and then end up with a bottle-necking pc. As per buying stuffs online, I never trust or like it xD I prefer physically going and buying my stuffs though even if the price is a bit higher. Also I will be upgrading my pc every year as it is once I get it.
