I've notice that when I play DOTA2, the game isn't really using the gpu and cpu that much and the fps that im getting is only at 40 to 60 with vsync off. Yes, this is somewhat good but i want to have a smoother game during team fights and such.
As you can see below, msi afterburner displays that only 50%~ of the gpu is being used and 70%~ of the cpu.
Question:
Is it possible to force DOTA2 to use the remaining power of the gpu and cpu?
If not, what component do i need to upgrade? and why
Specs:
CPU: AMD phenomII x4 625
GPU: GTX 650 Ti
Ram: 10gb
Running on SSD

I'm running two screens. but only 1 is being used for DOTA2. Does this have something to do with my issue?
