Replacing GPU fans with ghetto solution, but the heat-sink isn't flat. Any ideas?

So I got a evga 980 ti with the ACX cooler on it, and one of the fans are starting to go bad, so far I don't know for sure if the fan with die or be okay. It is making strange noises, that is what I am saying for the fan. I would not like to RMA, and I would have to pay $200 in just shipping, hell no. So I thought that it would be a good idea to ghetto mount dual fans onto the GPU, but there is one problem. The GPU heat sink is not flat, and mounting fans stably to it without cutting pieces of the heat sink away? I can't think of a solution. I wouldn't like to spend more than $100 to do this if my fan fails, any ideas?

Yea I just noticed that, sorry, looks like it only supports the blower style fans. The only other AIO cooler that "might" work is the NZXT G10 which mounts on the card with another AIO cooler. The support chart doesn't list the 980 ti but it might be worth it to contact NZXT and see if there's anyway to mount it on that GPU.

I know you don't want to RMA it but it may be your only other option. IMHO I'd rather pay the $200 then end up destroying the GPU and having a $650 paper weight.

Ok, let me give some context. I live in the middle east, and shipping things out to other places is very expensive. Also, the amount of repair shops are very low, so it is mostly up to me. I haven't come across a single one, nor have I saw one on the internet claiming there is one where I live. My seller was amazon, but that was far out of my one month warranty now, and also the same thing goes for amazon, expensive shipping. Right now, I am running out of options, and really, I am wondering of what I should do. I'll contact EVGA and search of other ways of getting my product to them if the problem progresses. Maybe I can figure something out with them, or find another way to fix this problem, right now I'm stumped.

Quick question, do I need the reference GPU cooler to use the EVGA hybrid AIO? I can get a silent fan and point it at the GPU, along with VRM heat-sinks, I think it will work. Also, how long will a AIO last?
