just need help trying to find what drivers i need for this Ethernet controller i've been looking but can't seem to find anything.

Let's see. You haven't provided much information, but I bet you have an Acer Aspire One (that's the decode for the vendor id). Why do you need a driver, and for what OS? Did you do a re-install or a Windows 10 upgrade, or did it come with that broken? Is there any functionality that actually isn't working?

Funny thing is, I can't get a lookup for that device id. It smells like a Realtek network controller - does the machine have network connectivity?

That's a Realtek 8168

Partly because that's a very common item and I've memorized it. You can also search on "PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168" and get a multitude of hits. It's important to keep the two together, otherwise you may not find anything relevant.
