[BUILD HELP] Hello,i'm a pc building newbie and i want to build a video editing pc for use with premiere. To be perfectly honest i want to buy the best bang for buck PC i can get. My ideal budget is 850ish but i get the feeling that downgrading the build bellow isn't worth the hassle. Could you share your thoughts? (In my country the PC below costs 1100 euros)
CPU:Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 (i7 without graphics,OC option but with hyperthreading for workstation applications)
Cooler:CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard:Gigabyte Z87M-HD3
GPU:Gigabyte GeForce GTX750 Ti 2GB WindForce 2X OC(monitor is included in this build and i get a feeling it's wiser to invest on a better monitor, plus i can upgrade)
SSD:Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
Storage: WD 1TB
PCU: Corsair VS Series VS650 80Plus
Case: CoolerMaster HAF 912 Plus
Monitor: LG 23MP67VQ
total: 1100 euros/807 pounds

Unless you are getting some sort of closeout deal, the Z87 motherboard is an odd choice. Since you won't be overclocking, you could go with a cheaper h97 or B85. I don't see any reason why you would need the features of the Z series. I wouldn't spend more than about EUR 70 on a motherboard.
The 750ti is a good choice for a basic GPU. I wouldn't spend much extra on an OC version. Prices vary a lot from county to country, so it's impossible for me to say whether it's a good value for the money.
The case is overkill for what you have listed to put into it. It is a good case, though.
