how much power does the radeon r7 250 2gb need

I am getting a new gpu the Radeon R7 250 2gb and I want to know if my 250 watt psu will be good enough for this gpu.I don't want to break my pc.

i have changed to a Asus Radeon R7 250 1gb GDDR5 would a 350w Corsair VS series psu be alright please get back to me as soon as possible as i am hoping to order all of this soon.

It would be... alright. But the VS line is pretty cheaply made. It is rated 4th tier here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886
