Only have HDMI and Display Port on my monitor but yes, I tested all of them. Processor is Intel i5 4690K. Talked at great length with Gigabyte and Intel and it seems the conclusion is I have a bad CPU. The on board graphics are in the CPU. When I use the Nvidia GPU everything works as it is supposed to.
