So I recently overclocked my cpu up to 4GHZ after buying some watercooling and a new psu
and I only get about a 3 frame difference in games [3.1GHZ] before and my cpu wont go over 100% and my gpu will only go to 40% max but the cpu will stay at about 50% while im getting 30 frames in the game
my Specs Are
PSU[Rosewill photon 850W]
CPU[AMD FX 8120 eight core processor] overclocked to 4GHZ
CPU Cooling[LEPA 240 AQUACHANGER]
GPU[GTX 970]
MAINBOARD[ASUS M5A97 R2.0]
RAM[16 GB]
OS[WINDOWS 7]
But yeah I'm guessing that I will need a new MB and a new CPU
Help would be nice Price limit about 300-500 CAD maybe
