Hello people from tom's hardware, Today i have come to ask you something. First of all, I live in South America. I want to build a pc, but i couldn't because theirs no Ecuadorian retailer who sells part. So i decided wait until the next time i go to America to buy the parts by amazon. All the parts are bought and i have them with me. Now the problem is taking the parts back to Ecuador. So the first option is to just build it right here in America (this is what i want to do actually) and somehow put the computer in a case and take it carefully OR i could just take the boxes in a case to Ecuador and build it there.

Extra notes: I already have the Hard Drive in Ecuador, with windows installed on it, so there wont be problems with the hdd dying from the xray.
More Extra Notes: I am buying a NZXT S340 case
MORE MORE extra notes: My cpu is a FX 6300.
MORE MORE MORE MORE: My GPU is already in Ecuador.
Conclusion: For the option of building it here, i would have to just install the MOBO, PSU. The rest HDD is in Ecuador.

Thank you for your help, please respond ASAP.

Yours truly: Diego, a person who does stuff with stuff.

you can go either way. Iwould suggest you don't mount the heat sink until you get home. Also your hard drive in Ecuador will probably not work since the motherboard you used to install windows would have installed different drivers than the motherboard you probably have now. It might work, probably won't though. Just getting you ready for the possibility.

keeping all the boxes will take up room in case you need to bring a lot home. Building it into the case will save a lot. Use a cargo box instead of a suit case if you can. That way you can pad it up really well.
