Hi, my motherboard is a ASUS P8P67 LE. I'm currently running 4gb of RAM and am looking to upgrade to 8gb.

The two different kits I was looking at are

and

Are these kits compatible with my motherboard? And if so, which kit would be better suited for gaming?

Here is my scan results from Crucial:

Both of these kits are compatible with you're motherboard, for gaming there shouldn't really be a difference at all as ram basically is ram. The Kingston ram should in theory be better and if i had to choose i probobly would go for the kingston but in practice you won't notice any difference.

Yes they are compatible. Personally--I may be a bit biased--I would go with the HyperX Fury set. I personally have that same set in the 16 gig version and it works splendid. 10/10 to that kit of memory!
