I'm gonna buy i7 4790k and I don't know what is the best motherboard to overclock it.
I will need:
-32 gb 1866mhz
-high overclock results
-good material that can stick with me for about 4or5 years

Solution
Any decent motherboard can do that their not really a best unless your looking to tweak the last 0.1 out of it. Your going to be limited by the cooling whatever you buy.
32GB of memory is way overkill for most people. If you run specific programs that need that much memory then a 6/8 core processor would of probably been a better buy.
This is the motherboard I use with my 4790K I have it at 4.6 right now 1.22 volts and got 4.8 fairly easy but clocked it back down because I don't need that much with diminishing returns on overclocking.

CPU cooler I'm using hits about 74C running OCCT. Close to 79C with AVX stress enabled.

I have it overclocked to 4.6 right now when running a stress test on it all cores 100% with my cooler right at 74C.
Running normal programs and gaming it's a lot cooler. Running a processor flat out all it can do is not really real world instances. But it can be very close with some work programs.
